Comment: What an extraordinarily pleasant guy. Looks you straight in the eye as he talks with you. I met Martin in his workshop with my family quite by chance one day last week. I have always been enchanted by the haunting sound of the pipes and Martin gave us a fabulous wee demo of our own and explained the techniques he used to make these beautifull instruments. Comment: Hello Martin. Great website, I hope it works for you. I have a half set of Seth Gallaher UP's I bought approx.15 years ago - it was the 1st set he made. He once offered to buy it back! I never got past the basics as family life got in the way - it was my loss. I hope one day to pick them up again. I still play whistle & Warpipe chanter occassionaly in order not to lose the tunes my father & grandfather taught me long ago. My granddad Louis Noble was the All-Ireland Warpipe Champion for 3 years!
